Orders ship without tracking. Postal services from The Indonesia have so far remained unhindered by COVID at all times. However the conditions in other countries may vary. Therefore please place international orders at your own risk.
We do not refund for loss or damage caused by your country's postal service.
Cassettes are individually packaged in bubble wrap and shipped in air cushion envelopes. We do not offer other packing options.
We are a small operation and do not have the capacity to change orders after they are placed. It is not possible to combine orders placed separately.
